Qualifications

• 6–8 years of architecture practice experience in design, execution, and project management.
• Experience with NYC multifamily affordable housing and knowledge of local codes and zoning.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development, technical documentation and coordination.
• Conduct code and zoning research and coordinate with consultants.
• Engage in field investigations and participate in construction administration.
