Purpose by Design Architects (PXD) seeks an Architect with 4+ years of experience for design and execution of new construction and renovation projects. Ideal candidate has NYC multifamily affordable housing exposure and strong knowledge of zoning, codes, and regulations. Proficient in Revit.

The role offers concept-to-construction involvement, collaboration with Principals, and growth opportunities in a growing small firm with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in design and execution of both new construction and renovation projects.
• Experience with NYC multifamily affordable housing is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with local zoning, building codes, and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with Principals and senior project leadership.
• Contribute to NYC multifamily affordable housing projects as applicable.
