The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical aspects of architecture and is eager to take ownership of projects from design through construction. Working closely with the firm's partners, you will contribute meaningfully to design decisions, interact directly with clients, and develop your project-management skills.

  • Prepare design presentations, schematic design, design development, and construction document sets.

  • Manage smaller projects with partner oversight, including project schedules, deliverables, and client communication.

  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting, and other consultants.

  • Prepare and coordinate NYC DOB permit drawings and submissions.

  • Participate in construction administration, including site visits, shop drawing reviews, RFIs, and field coordination.

  • Collaborate with and provide guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications
