Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years’ bow setup experience.
• Ability to perform bow setup and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing technical information on archery equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery gear for safe operation.
• Install accessory items on bows and demonstrate product use.
• Replenish shelves and maintain pricing, display, and inventory accuracy.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Follow merchandising guidelines and safety procedures.
