Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Archery Technician to assist customers, perform bow setup, and demonstrate archery equipment. The role involves tuning, assembling, and installing accessories, ensuring safety and accuracy in pricing and displays.

Responsibilities include providing product knowledge, answering technical questions, and maintaining a high standard of customer service in-store. Must have strong bow handling skills and experience with archery hardware.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years of bow setup/archery experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform bow assembly and accessory installation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service; assist with product selection.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery equipment for safety and performance.
• Install accessories on bows and demonstrate product use to customers.
• Answer technical questions and explain operation of equipment.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity, inventory accuracy, and displays.
• Replenish shelves and keep work area organized and stocked.
