Qualifications

• 2+ years’ bow setup experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and tunes archery equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Installs accessories on bows and demonstrates products to customers.
• Answers technical questions to help customers understand operation.
• Maintains pricing, UPC integrity, inventory, and displays.
• Provides a legendary customer experience by assessing needs and making recommendations.
• Replenishes product on shelves and keeps work area organized.
