Bass Pro Shops in Katy, TX is seeking an Archery Technician to assist customers, demonstrate products, and perform bow set ups and maintenance to ensure safe operation.

You will troubleshoot and tune archery equipment, install accessories, and provide clear technical information to help customers make informed decisions. Part-time role with benefits available; friendly team and a focus on world-class service.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ bow setup experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and tune archery equipment for safety and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service in a friendly manner.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery equipment for safety.
• Install accessory items on bows and demonstrate products.
• Answer technical questions to explain operation and work performed.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity, inventory accuracy, and product displays.
• Guide customers in buying decisions through needs analysis and recommendations.
• Replenish shelves and keep work area organized and stocked.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as needed.
