Qualifications

• Maintain pricing and UPC integrity; inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide world-class service in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery equipment to ensure safety and function.
• Install accessory items on bows and demonstrate product features.
• Assist customers by answering technical questions and guiding selections.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked; follow merchandising guidelines.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and in-store pick-up.
• Provide recommendations by identifying customer needs and preferences.
