Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years' bow setup experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery equipment for safety.
• Install accessories on bows and demonstrate products.
• Answer technical questions to help customers understand operation.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity, and product displays.
• Replenish shelves and keep work area clean and stocked.
• Promote programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
