Scheels in Bismarck, ND is seeking a part-time team member to assist customers, set up and tune bows, perform bow repairs, and stock merchandise. The role emphasizes safety and accuracy, with training provided.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Carefully follow instructions per the specific requests of the customer, while maintaining safety requirements.
• Setting up bows with accessories and tuning bows.
• Repair of bows and stringing bows.
• Communicate the repair process and maintenance suggestions to customers.
• Maintain an orderly and immaculate workspace and sales area.
• Attend training meetings and be knowledgeable about location, price, and use of merchandise.
• Stock shelves and assist with customer trade-ins.
