Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 4–6 years Archer implementation experience in a client consulting environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership abilities and change management experience.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on consulting experience with Archer IRM/GRC configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and solution architecture on the Archer platform.
• Ensure high quality, on-time deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as SME for Archer GRC solutions and related integrations.
• Drive outcomes through collaborative client engagement and mentoring.
