Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead Archer GRC solutions delivery for financial services clients in the US. You will drive architecture, integrations, and governance across IRM/ GRC domains, focusing on Archer capabilities and cloud-enabled delivery.

You will lead technical teams, mentor juniors, and ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes while collaborating with clients and EY partners to deliver business value and risk management improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years Archer implementation experience with IRM (GRC) in client consulting.
• Excellent communication skills with impact.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and digital fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and develop thought leadership on Archer capabilities.
• Oversee technical aspects of Archer project delivery and delivery quality.
• Serve as SME on Archer GRC solutions and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and manage end-to-end project quality.
