Job summary

Bell Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of up to 100 residential units across Los Angeles County, with the position based in Arcadia, CA.

The role blends daily property administration with leasing oversight, resident communication, maintenance coordination, and financial accountability. The successful candidate will own assigned properties, resolve routine issues independently, and collaborate with owners and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management experience.
• Hands-on Yardi experience with resident accounts, leasing and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents and owners.
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant requirements and leasing practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across the assigned portfolio and report to owners.
• Market vacancies, coordinate showings, process applications and renewals.
• Respond to resident inquiries and coordinate resolutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor maintenance needs.
• Coordinate work orders with vendors and track budgeted scope.
• Monitor rent collections, operating expenses and financial reporting.
• Apply lease terms and company policies, with notices and enforcement.
