Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Smyrna, GA is seeking an Arcade Technician to work with the Arcade Manager to keep our arcade and games running at peak performance.

You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, clean equipment, and run diagnostics to identify and fix issues. The role helps ensure a fun and safe experience for guests, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of mechanical and electrical experience.
• Experience in an arcade is a plus.
• Must have basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain arcade games and equipment to high standards.
• Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to arcade machines.
• Clean and run diagnostics on equipment.

Job description

Arcade Technician

As a Stars and Strikes Arcade Technician, you will work with the Arcade Manager to ensure that the arcade and games are maintained to the highest standards. Arcade Technicians will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment in the arcade. In addition to maintenance, the Arcade Technician must also clean and run diagnostics on the equipment.

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to work well as a team
• 1-2 years of previous mechanical and electrical experience
• Experience in an arcade is a plus
• Must have basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends& holidays
