Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Technician to work with the Arcade Manager to maintain arcade games to high standards. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on video games and equipment and run diagnostics as needed.

The role requires strong teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior arcade experience is a plus, along with basic Low Voltage DC knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC.
• Experience in an arcade is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain arcade machines to high standards.
• Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment.

Job description

Arcade Technician

As a Stars and Strikes Arcade Technician, you will work with the Arcade Manager to ensure that the arcade and games are maintained to the highest standards. Arcade Technicians will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment in the arcade. In addition to maintenance, the Arcade Technician must also clean and run diagnostics on the equipment.

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to work well as a team
• 1-2 years of previous mechanical and electrical experience
• Experience in an arcade is a plus
• Must have basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends& holidays
