Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team. Stars and Strikes Arcade Attendants are responsible for providing an exciting, entertaining, and safe playing environment for all guests.

Be an ambassador of fun and engage guests in the arcade, bumper cars, and laser tag arenas while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction. This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well as a team.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Being an ambassador of fun and a positive presence for guests.
• Engaging guests and assisting them in the arcade, bumper cars, and laser tag arenas.
• Responsible for ticket reconciliation, merchandise redemption, and item restocking.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area.
