Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Concord, NC is seeking a Game Technician to maintain arcade games and equipment to high standards. You will work with the Arcade Manager to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, clean systems, and run diagnostics to keep games operational.

The role emphasizes teamwork, basic low voltage DC knowledge, and problem-solving, with a willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed. Prior arcade experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of mechanical and electrical experience.
• Experience in an arcade is a plus.
• Must have basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain arcade games and equipment to high standards.
• Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment.

Game Technician

As a Stars and Strikes Game Technician, you will work with the Arcade Manager to ensure that the arcade and games are maintained to the highest standards. Game Technicians will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment in the arcade. In addition to maintenance, the Game Technician must also clean and run diagnostics on the equipment.

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to work well as a team
• 1-2 years of previous mechanical and electrical experience
• Experience in an arcade is a plus
• Must have basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends& holidays
