Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers is seeking a Game Technician to work with the Arcade Manager to keep the arcade and games in top condition. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on video games, help with cleaning, and run diagnostics to ensure reliable operation.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of mechanical and electrical experience, basic Low Voltage DC knowledge, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and collaboration within a fast-paced arcade environment.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC required.
• Arcade experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain arcade games and equipment to high standards.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on video games and related gear.
• Clean and run diagnostics on equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with Arcade Manager to coordinate upkeep and repairs.

Job description

As a Stars and Strikes Game Technician, you will work with the Arcade Manager to ensure that the arcade and games are maintained to the highest standards. Game Technicians will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment in the arcade. In addition to maintenance, the Game Technician must also clean and run diagnostics on the equipment.

What we’re looking for

• Ability to work well as a team
• 1-2 years of previous mechanical and electrical experience
• Experience in an arcade is a plus
• Must have basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends & holidays
