Job summary

Stars and Strikes is seeking a Game Technician in Concord, NH to maintain arcade games and equipment. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, clean hardware, and run diagnostics to ensure peak operation.

Collaboration with the Arcade Manager helps prioritize repairs and keep the facility running smoothly. The role requires 1–2 years of mechanic/electrical experience; basic Low Voltage DC knowledge is a must, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented work style and good communication
• 1-2 years of mechanical and electrical experience
• Experience in an arcade is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC required
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain arcade machines to high standards with routine upkeep
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on video games and equipment
• Clean equipment and run diagnostics to identify issues

Game Technician

As a Stars and Strikes Game Technician, you will work with the Arcade Manager to ensure that the arcade and games are maintained to the highest standards. Game Technicians will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment in the arcade. In addition to maintenance, the Game Technician must also clean and run diagnostics on the equipment.

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to work well as a team
• 1-2 years of previous mechanical and electrical experience
• Experience in an arcade is a plus
• Must have basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends& holidays
