SCORE! Arcade Playmakers at Little Creek Casino Resort will help open a brand-new entertainment space, delivering exceptional guest service and a fun, inviting arcade atmosphere.

You will assist guests across different arcade areas and uphold high service standards while contributing to a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling payments, stocking displays, minor repairs, and coordinating with technicians to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or guest-facing experience required.
• Pleasant, upbeat, sociable demeanor throughout the shift.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Class II Gaming License issued from Squaxin Island Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Greet and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner with urgency.
• Collect payment for arcade games and report any payment discrepancies.
• Conduct redemption inventory and ensure game displays are stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness of game displays and arcade location.
• Perform minor repairs on games and explain operation to guests.
• Notify technicians of any machine errors and return game play credits to guests.
• Observe and monitor guests for safety and adherence to guidelines.
