Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort invites a dedicated SCORE! Arcade Lead Playmaker to join our team in Shelton, WA. You will oversee the SCORE!

Arcade and redemption operations, supervise Playmakers, and ensure outstanding guest service and safety. The role includes coordinating maintenance, vendor support, inventory, and ensuring compliance with policies and tribal regulations. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years supervisory experience in related environments, a HS diploma or GED, and a gaming

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree in hospitality, business, IT, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years supervisory experience in arcade, hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or related operations preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Class III Gaming License issued from Squaxin Island Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of SCORE! Arcade and redemption areas, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
Supervise SCORE! Playmakers, develop schedules, and monitor labor needs to support operational demands.
Coordinate arcade maintenance, vendor support, inventory, and ensure maximum game uptime.
Assist with budgeting, inventory management, cash handling, and internal controls; monitor operational records and incident reports.
Communicate professionally with guests, team members, vendors and leadership; train staff on guest service standards and safety procedures.
