814 Lanes and Games is seeking friendly team members to welcome guests, assist with prize redemption, and maintain a safe, lively arcade environment. You will engage guests, operate basic POS transactions, and help keep displays organized and attractive.

This role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods. You may lift up to 40 lbs and work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and respond to guests in a friendly, energetic manner.
• Work as a team player and assist guests with games and prize areas.
• Help guests with prize redemption and game play areas.
• Conduct redemption inventory and ensure displays are full.
• Notify managers of any machine errors and address guest credits.
• Maintain safety and guidelines for guests and staff.
• Observe and monitor for safety and provide clear communication.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Perform opening, running, and closing department duties.
