Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced games area featuring arcade games, VR, laser tag, and bumper cars. You will drive sales, supervise a prize store, and train a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of management experience, a customer-focused demeanor, and strong Excel and reporting skills. Proficiency with arcade systems is a plus; join a family-owned business with growth

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel
• Knowledge of Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros or Embed software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent guest experience
• Meet and exceed arcade sales goals
• Manage the retail-style prize store
• Hire, train and manage hourly staff
• Complete arcade audits and inventory checks
• Analyze game payouts and reconcile payments
• Test and merchandise new arcade items
• Maintain organized storage and reporting
