Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in the United States is seeking an Arcade Manager to oversee the game room operations, sales goals, and prize center. The role includes training staff and analyzing payouts across our arcade offerings, VR, laser tag, and other attractions.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, with strong guest service skills and a proven track record in management and retail settings, ready to lead a team in a fast-paced entertainment center environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel.
• Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed software knowledge is a plus.
