Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Manager to lead our high-volume, fast-paced entertainment center. You will oversee the arcade and prize center, drive sales, analyze game payouts, and train a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused and capable of managing a retail-style prize operation while leveraging software tools like Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience required.
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanor desirable.
• Ability to analyze reports and proficiency with Excel.
• Knowledge of Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros and Embed software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent guest experience and meet/exceed arcade sales goals.
• Manage the Retail-Style Prize Store and oversee inventory.
• Hire, train and manage hourly staff; conduct arcade audits.
• Analyze game payouts and perform high-end reconciliations.
• Test drive and price new items; manage arcade reporting.

Arcade Manager Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Arcade Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations of our state-of-the-art games room. Our game rooms feature arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, and bumper cars, as well as other attractions.

This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of a full retail style prize center, analyzing and understanding game payouts, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions, all while ensuring that we exceed our guest's expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.
