Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Amusement Attendant in Naperville, IL, to greet guests, help guests with games and payments, and promote bowling, billiards, and food & drinks. You will ensure games work, report issues, operate POS at the arcade, and maintain inventory in a lively entertainment environment.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and reliability, with part-time evening and night shifts and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure that all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games.
• Promote all of our center’s awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests.
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade’s redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
