Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Game Room Attendant to greet guests and ensure an exciting arcade experience. You will keep games running, assist guests with play and payments, and promote bowling, billiards, and food & drinks across the center.

You will also operate several POS systems, stock the redemption center, and maintain a clean, welcoming arcade space while delivering friendly guest service and strong teamwork.

• Proven success in school/previous job experience

Responsibilities

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Ensure that all games are working properly
• Report major equipment problems to management
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing (or paying for) our games
• Promote all of our center’s awesome offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards to guests
• Unload, stock, and maintain the inventory level for your arcade’s redemption center
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area
