Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Amusement Attendant to deliver a premier guest experience in our game room. You will greet guests, help with games, and promote our center’s offerings, including bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.

This part-time role involves evening and night shifts, with weekend availability and a dynamic, high-energy work environment. The position requires strong guest service skills, solid communication, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork are essential for daily interactions.
• Previous work or school success demonstrates reliability and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure all games and equipment are functioning properly and report issues.
• Assist guests with playing or paying for games and explain center offerings.
• Operate POS systems accurately while selling arcade cards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the arcade redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
