Lucky Strike Entertainment in New York is seeking an Amusement Attendant to join our vibrant game room. You will greet guests, ensure games work, operate POS systems, and help players enjoy our bowling, billiards and food offerings.

This part-time role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and reliability. Evening and night shifts on weekends are common, and you’ll be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced entertainment center.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure that all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing or paying for games.
• Promote offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the arcade’s redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
