Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Game Room Attendant to greet guests, ensure games work, and keep the arcade area organized at our Bartlett center. You’ll help guests play, handle payments, and promote bowling, billiards, and food and drinks in a lively entertainment setting.

Ideal candidates are reliable team players with strong guest service and communication skills, able to multitask across POS systems, stocking, and storefront upkeep.

Qualifications

• Strong guest-service orientation.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Previous experience in entertainment/arcade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet our guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure that all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with playing or paying for games.
• Promote offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks.
• Operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the arcade's redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
