Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Amusement Attendant to greet guests, keep games running smoothly, and assist with payments and arcade operations. The role offers opportunities to promote bowling, billiards, and food and drinks while delivering excellent guest experiences.

You will work evenings and nights, with weekend availability, in a lively entertainment center environment that emphasizes customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Ensure all games are working properly.
• Report major equipment problems to management.
• Assist guests who are having trouble with games (or paying).
• Promote offerings such as bowling, billiards, and food & beverages.
• Accurately operate multiple POS systems while selling arcade cards.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory for the arcade’s redemption center.
• Maintain a clean and organized arcade area.
