Job summary

The Kinetic Group seeks an ARC Plant Technician to operate and maintain equipment in lead reclamation, shot production, and recycling operations at the Lonoke facility. You will perform setup, changeovers, inspections, and routine maintenance while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing/maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment used in lead remelting, shot production, hazardous waste processing, and recycling operations.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and equipment adjustments.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Safely operate forklifts and other tools as required.
• Maintain accurate production and process records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and training of team members.
