Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, seeks a maintenance-focused team member to support concrete and aggregate operations in Arkansas. You will grease and service plant equipment, operate loaders, and help keep the site clean and safe.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and experience in similar roles. Night/weekend shifts may be required; strong safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and adhere to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Grease the plant and maintain gear box fluid levels.
• Operate skid steer and front end loader as needed.
• Maintain site cleanliness in production areas.
• Report maintenance issues to Lead-man or supervisor.
• Work nights and weekends when required.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety procedures and wear PPE.
