Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a quarterly Bonus Program based on restaurant performance.

Typical daily responsibilities include:

  • Managing profitability through cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor oversight, financial report review, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
  • Coaching and training employees to ensure operational excellence and restaurant success.
  • Completing bi-weekly inventory counts.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the team provides guests with a friendly, high-quality experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk for entire shifts; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation for this role depends on skills and experience, and varies by location. The expected starting range in various states is approximately $55,000 - $60,000 in Maryland.
