Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, paid quarterly based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager

• Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, managing inventory, labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure an exceptional guest experience with friendly service and quality products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with an expected range of $55,000 - $60,000 in Maryland for new hires. The exact figure will be discussed during the hiring process.
