Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program based on restaurant performance.

What a day in the life of a Restaurant General Manager looks like:

• Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and ensure the team provides an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly during shifts, maneuver through compact spaces safely, and operate restaurant equipment.

Employees in this role are entitled to compensation based on skills and experience. The starting range for new hires varies by location and is discussed during hiring. For example, in Maryland, the range is $55,000 - $60,000.
