Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, paid quarterly based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager
  • Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, managing inventory, labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
  • Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
  • Complete inventory counts biweekly.
  • Maintain a clean restaurant environment and ensure guests have an exceptional experience with friendly service and quality products.
What You Bring
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
  • Managers must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location. For example, in Maryland, starting ranges are $55,000 - $60,000. The position is full-time, mid-senior level, in management, within the restaurant industry. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
