Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a quarterly Bonus Program, based on restaurant performance.

A day in the life of a Restaurant General Manager includes:

• Controlling profitability through cash control/security procedures, managing inventory, labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coaching and training employees to ensure operational excellence.
• Completing bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
