Bonus Program

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager

• Manage profitability by controlling costs, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members and management staff.
• Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Ensure cleanliness and provide an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with an estimated starting range of $55,000 - $60,000 in Maryland.
