Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, paid out quarterly based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager

• Control profitability by managing cash control/security procedures, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts biweekly.
• Ensure cleanliness and provide an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
