Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager

• Manage profitability through cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor oversight, financial review, and appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull heavy objects, stand, walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
