A Typical Day

• Manage profitability through cash controls, inventory, labor, and financial review.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including managers.
• Coach and train employees for operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, stand, walk, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
