Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, paid quarterly, based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager

• Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, managing inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and provides an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of experience as General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with an expected range in Maryland of $55,000 - $60,000. Details will be discussed during the hiring process.
