Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible for a quarterly Bonus Program, paid out based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager

• Control profitability by managing cash, inventory, labor, financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Complete inventory counts biweekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the team provides friendly, quality service to guests.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
