Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on restaurant performance.

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager

• Manage profitability by controlling costs, maintaining property inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
• Complete bi-weekly inventory counts.
• Ensure cleanliness and provide a friendly, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least twice a week.
• Ability to lift, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
