Candidate Requirements

You should have at least three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell).

You should have a strong background in restaurant operations, achieving benchmarks in food quality, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. A passion for team development and excellence is essential.
