Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus program, paid out quarterly based on restaurant performance.

A typical day in the life of a Restaurant General Manager includes:

• Controlling profitability by following cash control/security procedures, managing inventory, labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coaching and training employees to operational excellence.
• Completing inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction with friendliness and quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation depends on skills and experience, with starting ranges in Maryland from $55,000 to $60,000.
