Responsibilities

  1. Create and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead, mentor, and coach a team demonstrating exceptional work behaviors.
  3. Manage daily operations including inventory, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
  4. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
  5. Drive sales growth through marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  6. Monitor financial performance, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.
  7. Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork and personal development.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry managing high-volume establishments.
  2. Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  3. Strong understanding of business operations and financial analysis.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Organized and meticulous, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  6. Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
