Bonus Program

A Day in the Life

• Manage profitability, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
• Coach and train employees for operational excellence.

• Maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of General Manager experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
