KBP Inspired, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Arby’s in Lake Havasu City, AZ. You will lead a team, drive restaurant operations, and build skills for future general manager roles.

You’ll participate in a quarterly performance bonus, enjoy benefits, PTO, and a meal discount while developing leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Assistant General Manager experience with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Available to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and keep shifts running smoothly.

Performance Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
